Rental Period

The plant rental service has a minimum rental period of 3 months
- The rental agreement will automatically renew unless cancelled with at least 30 days' notice in advance
Rental Fees and Payment

The rental fee is charged monthly
- The customer must pay the fee within 7 days of receiving the invoice, or according to the utility billing schedule as agreed with building management
Plant Care and Maintenance

The plant care service includes watering, fertilizing, cleaning the leaves, and changing the soil at scheduled intervals
- A staff member will take care of the plants 1-2 times per month, based on the selected package
- If the plants become unhealthy or damaged due to the office environment, the company will replace them at no extra charge
Plant Replacement

Customers may request a free plant replacement once per month if the plants are unsuitable for the office environment
Damage and Responsibility
- If plants are damaged due to improper care by the customer (e.g., moving the pots frequently causing root damage or placing them in excessive sunlight), the customer may be required to pay a compensation fee, as determined by the company
- The company is not responsible for damage caused by force majeure events such as fire, flooding, or accidents outside the company’s control
Service Area

This service is available only for offices located within the designated service area
- Additional delivery charges may apply for locations outside the service area
Agreement Cancellation

Customers can cancel the rental agreement with a 30-day notice
- If cancelled before the end of the rental period, customers may be charged a penalty equal to 1 month’s rental fee, or according to other terms agreed upon
Other Terms

The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions with prior notice to the customer
- The rented plants remain the property of the company. Do not move or use them for any other purposes
